The Illinois Department of Human Services will begin mailing out P-EBT cards on March 11. Student attendance in regard to in-person instruction verses remote instruction will be provided to IDHS by the Illinois State Board of Education.
Due to South Central's continuing participation in the USDA's Community Eligibility Program, all students are eligible for the possibility of receiving P-EBT assistance if they meet certain attendance criteria, regardless of income.
Please see the accompanying images for more information about how to use the benefits, how to activate the cards and when your child's benefits will be made available.
Don't forget the Scholastic Book Fair online through March 17th!! It's open to all, with books available for all ages. Here's the address:
